Questions

How long does installation take?

Usually [1-2] days once the building is ready. Your quote gives the window.

Kenya Power isn't connected yet. Does that matter?

No. We design for it, and the system works with or without the grid. Grid connection is between you and Kenya Power.

Can I add panels or batteries later?

Yes, if we plan for it now. Tell us at the site visit and we size the inverter and board space to allow it.

What happens on cloudy or rainy days?

Panels produce less. Batteries cover the gap, and the grid charges them where you have it. We size for your region's rainy seasons, not only sunny months.

Are your technicians licensed?

Yes. Installation is done by EPRA-licensed technicians. Licence numbers: [ADD WHEN ISSUED].

What is not covered?

Damage from changes made by others, flooding, theft, lightning without a surge device fitted, and loads added beyond the agreed design.

How much will I save on electricity?

It depends on your loads and tariff. We'll show real figures once we have a year of data from our own installations. Until then we sell reliability, not a savings promise.
