How we handle your details

FlareGrid Solutions Limited collects the details you give us in our forms, by phone, email or WhatsApp: your name, phone number, location, building details and what you need. We use them only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver and support your installation, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Our website chat is an automated virtual assistant. It answers from the content of this website. If you ask it to pass your enquiry to the team, it shows you a summary first and sends it only after you agree. It asks only for what the team needs to reply: a first name and phone number for a callback, or an email address. The conversation is kept in your browser for this visit only, and you can clear it at any time with "End chat and clear".

We do not sell your details. We share them only with people who help us deliver your job, such as a licensed installation partner, and with authorities where the law requires it.
